  The location is great and shower facilities toilet cramped no bath area of hotel appeared unsafe would not use again very little staff good. The rooms are clean, breakfast is always excellent.

  Central to ferries and private car park. The location was very convenient and we had an excellent stay. The Staff were very professional, bedrooms were clean and the continental breakfast was fine.

  Secure car park, the road outside wasn't very noisy from the room and bar area were very well decorated. Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, staff were helpful and the showers were perfect for we needed. Food was very good.

  Free car parking in a locked car park for residents and location was perfect. The hotel was fine and the staff was very good. The rooms were tidy, coffee was great.

  Good location and hotel very central for shopping etc. For the amazing price, accommodating staff and receptionist very friendly and helpful. Room clean, long waits for elevator availability and food in the resturant of more than acceptable at both evening & Breakfast meals.

  Very noisy street, small towels and unavailability of certain ordered items on the menu.

  We had no to hang outfits as the wardrobe area was broken, the Hotel was a great location to visit the University of Portsmouth Open Day and the reception staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and breakfast was continental. The facilities were perfect for my needs.

  The ibis was located in a good position for walking to all the main attractions, the location of the hotel was excellent within walking distance to city centre and staff were helpful and friendly. My room was generally clean, food was great.

  Only the location is good, the hotel is well situated for the cross channel ferry and the staff are really great. The water is hot.

  Ground floor reception/restaurant area was modern and the hotel was in an ideal location for the city centre. The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was gorgeous.

  Good location as was right in the middle of the city, the hotel was very clean and modern, evening staff on Friday night were fantastic. Bathroom was small not very well designed-I certainly could have done better, breakfast was fine.
