Good location, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and spas nearby. The pool was enjoyable and the rooms, though not spacious, met our needs. Breakfast was acceptable and the hotel offered a free shuttle to the beach. a convenient and pleasant stay.

The breakfast buffet is great for Thai conditions. Rooms clean and everything worked perfectly.

The location was good and the staff was very friendly and courteous. The pool area was also very nice.

The shower was unfortunately not quite clean (water and soap residues on the showerw and) - but that is 'grumbling on a high level'. The visitors of the hotel were very loud in the morning and evening hours.

The best part of our great stay was the pretty decent and good breakfast. Standard double room had a very comfy bed.

The pool at Ibis was amazing, perfect for relaxing and cooling off after a day of exploring. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful surroundings. The staff were always friendly and went out of their way to assist me. I had a pleasant stay at Ibis Phuket Kata.

The room we got was reasonably spacious and bright with water bottles and bunk bed, for instance, though the hotel itself was slightly tired.

Tbh, we got very basic room, and Wi-Fi connection was weak.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic and very helpful. They were always ready to assist and answer any questions we had. The bed in our room was super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's pool was also lovely and provided a refreshing way to cool off. the hotel's location was great, with the beach just a short walk away and plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The WiFi in our room was quite slow, making it difficult to use the internet effectively.

No negative aspects to mention, everything was satisfactory.

The room we had included a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fridge.
