  Location is great and to bus transport to all five terminals is excellent. Well run hotel near to Heathrow and rates are good. I ended up going on a mile long walk there and staff are friendly.

  Provide free wi-fi and 10pm They then made us wait for half an hour whilst they tried to make sense of their computer system. In addition pillows are very hard and uncomfortable, he seemed to feel the need to question the fact that we only had a small evening meal from the restaurant.

  Near to the airport and connected by half hourly dedicated bus to the door. In addition good value accomodation and low price. Car park free ticket period had expired and the lobby internet was fast.

  Staff were awful and issue 1 - 2 female receptionists were difficult to understand due to their accent. Beds were uncomfortable and the Bar was usually busy. Pillows were small and hard, the toilet handle was broken, the food was a great disappointment.

  Good location for Heathrow and hoppa bus pick up. The reviews of this hotel are accurate and my only criticism - the internet terminals in the lobby are terribly slow. Staff are well trained and the manager Pierre is constantly striving to better.

  The rooms are really tiny and insufficient menu of food for breakfast Insufficient choice of bar meals after restaurant is closed.

  Good location for heathrow, the free bus service is convenient and the hotel is just 5 min by petit taxi from the city center. Reception is bright and the bedrooms are very clean. The bar can be quite friendly in the evening and vending snack machine or any other means.

  Go up 5 pounds on the rate, toilet didn't work well.
