  Tidy surroundings and clean, very helpful staff in organising a taxi for me, benny's two minutes walk away. Made us feel very welcome, the location is very near to my daughters house and good TV reception-also managed to get room as cut price really helps me as I have to come up to visit my daughter regularly. Breakfast is a buffet is more than adequate.

  Good location together and short drive into Lincoln. Also we will stay at ibis we go away again, the staff are brilliant and better than average size room.

  Food not up to scratch, bar very expensive £5.65 for a glass of wine.

  We liked the location, road networks easily accessible too and walking distance for good restaurants. Fantastic value, modern building and clean for the price payed. Staff very friendly and new manager very courteous.

  Just a shower and pillows rather hard. Drinks are expensive.

  Good location for visit to Lincoln and professionalism of staff all combined to make a pleasant stay. Also the breakfast is a hot.

  A bit remote in industrial part of town, 3) Proximity to a busy road caused some noise problems and the en-suite bathroom didn't have a bath.

  Good geographical position -very pleasant room, road links to Lincoln were excellent and was real value for money little expensive nut would recommend to others. Price was low and staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable and the towels were changed regularly.

  Good location and great stay. Additionally easy accessibility to public house, excellent price and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was quite big, breakfast was available and checkout time was also 12 noon so I enjoyed a nice lay in.

  We liked close was to the city centre and was very good value for money. The staff were fabulous, the room was more spacious than some and the breakfasts were a pleasant surprise.

  Good location and brilliant stay. 32.50 Price wonderful and helpful staff. Plenty of hot water and nice towels.

  Good value for an overnight stop, nice clean hotel friendly helpful staff and the woman on the front desk was lovely. The bed was hard and the breakfast was excellent.
