  Great location and relaxed place. Friendly staff and bathroom adequate. Restaurant's unbelievably cheap and excellent dinner menu.

  Location: About 20 min walk into the old market square, the buffet breakfast is one of the best I've had in a budget hotel and staff are really helpful. The rooms are clean, the restaurant is quite good.

  A block away from the two big traffic streets in the area and the hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the main square. The rooms are clean, the bar staff are very friendly and attentive, the buffet breakfast is excellent.

  The front desk is manned by competent staff have good knowledge of the city and the location of the hotel is superb.

  Convenient for trams, a 15-minute walk from the main square or Wawel castle and distance to old town is around 10 mins walking without a rush. Additionally the location is good, the Ibis Hotel is great value and free internet in the lobby to plan your trips. The staff are excellent, showers are powerful and the breakfast is also fine.

  Bars just a short walk away and sheets are not changed nightly.

  Conveniently located near a tram line and around a 5-10 minute walk form the central square. Location is good and hotel is nice and clean. Free internet access via PC in lobby and the staff are helpful and efficient. Rooms are heated and excellent value meals are served 10:30pm.

  A short tram ride to central square and oNE free internet point at reception - try to grab off peak. Situated on the riverfront by the Sheraton IBIS has an excellent location 3 minutes form the 'planty and the whole place is spotlessly clean. Good price you know you're getting, staff is kind and the rooms are nice.

  Forth trips to the city square - take the tram and located on a quiet side road. Very central location right by the river, probably one of the most attractive places I have been on holiday to and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms - is spotless and the restaurant is also pleasant.
