We had the double room which was compact and fashionable on our bedroom. Had such facilities, like multi-channel TV, a study table, and a radio.

Highly recommended for a stopover. It was a comfortable and functional hotel in a downtown area, right by all bars and restaurants, and the town centre. The location was nice and the free parking was onsite. I had a pleasant time, the stuff was really helpful.

We were given a triple room, it was compact and functional. All the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, tackled our issues.

The breakfast is sensational, and the location is excellent near to the river and restaurant, a square and nowhere to park, and the city centre. Every staff member is professional and excellent and strives to meet your needs. We loved it so would come here again.

It was in a fab location within walking distance of House of the Infanta. I really enjoyed that the hotel was 19 minutes drive from the airport.

I stayed in this functional hotel for 2 days, had good experience, enjoyed its fab location just next door to the downtown area by foot, louis XIV square and the railway. The rooms they have were great-sized and stylish with balcony and air con. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and affable. The breakfast was excellent and included.

This hotel offers a quiet location with secure underground parking, making it a great choice for travelers with a car. A five-minute walk brings you to the Louis XIV square, providing lovely harbour views while enjoying a meal or a drink. It is also conveniently close to the downtown area, and very near to the train station. The rooms are clean and compact, with well-designed shower "pods". The friendly staff are always ready to help, and the breakfast offers good value for money.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was adequate for an overnight stop. The hotel offered free parking, which was a bonus once we figured out the key codes. The location was convenient, with many restaurants and shops within a 10-minute walk.

There were several disappointing aspects of our stay. There were no coffee making facilities in the room, which was inconvenient.

Liked quiet and lovely location, close enough to Ciboure, restaurants, and the railway and river. I got a brand-new room with 2 beds. The employees were extremely helpful and competent and kept it all fairly clean.

Easy to find with car park. Short walk to town center and beach. Clean rooms. Good value for money.
