I had a very positive experience here, everything was good, the location was favourable not far from airport and NEC centre, other restaurants, and the cute monorail. The staff was very cordial and really kind, my every need was addressed. The room was perfectly clean and huge, with a separate bathroom. The team provided an excellent service. Moreover, there was public parking available as well as free Wi-Fi.

The venue's position was central. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 40 mins walk from the hotel.

The location is brilliant, the staff is extremely great, and the hotel is fabulous. The units are spotless and huge with 1 sofa bed. The price is £ 68. Exceptional service, the breakfast is great. Besides, you can park your car nearby.

The hotel was set in a central area adjacent to the shop, the international airport, and the main terminal. Btw, we went to see the lake, it was 40 minutes walk from the property.

If your plans include the early flight, I recommend this place. 1st class hotel overall, is has very good service and easy location directly across the road from the terminal. The breakfast is served in the restaurant!

High-class and fairly clean accommodation with particularly good location right by the airport, Easy to get to the NEC and the monorail into NEC.

The breakfast choices are great with fried eggs with runny yolks and a good hearty meal.

The breakfast was above average with a lot of outstanding food. I booked standard room with comfortable bed, a free bar and big shower.

Thank you for the stay in this property - will be back. Glad I took superior queen room, it was recently refurbished and decent sized. It has a main bar, that serves relaxing drinks.

The public parking was nearby, exceptional service. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and huge, it had 1 queen-size bed and 1 sofa bed. The overall atmosphere was family, however some staff members were unattentive. The accommodation had a central location to the Air Port.
