        Thoroughly sound proofed - you would not feel as you were beside busy airport and the staff were very helpful. The receptionist actually went up to the rooms to see one was best for us, the menu was good and reasonable.

        Good location and even was half past one in the morning they were delicious/honestly the best food we got in England during our short visit to your country. The hotel was modern clean, proximity to the NEC was excellent and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The bathroom was nice.

        Just the pillows were too flat and the cooked breakfast was dried out.

        Convenient location to NEC, good Value and warm the staff on reception very helpful. Comfortable rooms and lively bar. Food was excellent.
