The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist with printing and scanning documents. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the room was comfortable. There were also bakeries, supermarkets, and cafes nearby, adding to the convenience of the location.

Air conditioning: Unfortunately, during my stay, the air conditioning in the room was not working or switched on. It made the room uncomfortably hot, and even opening the window wasn't an option due to the noise from the road.

My children wanted more entertainment options for kids at the hotel.

After a long drive, we found exactly what we needed at Ibis in Albi: a good night's sleep and a welcome snack upon our late arrival. The breakfast was ample and enjoyable, and the location allowed us to easily explore the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum within a 15-minute walk. The friendly and professional staff made our stay even more pleasant. Finding the hotel was easy, with clear directions to "ibis hotel." Ample and free parking was a breeze. the hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided excellent value for money. We would definitely stay here again.
