        Location is good and easy to drive into/out of. Staffs are nice, an inside room might be better.

        Clean and well equipped is more than I can say for some other budget hotels I have stayed in, ibis Normalhur is the best choice for visiting beautiful Aachen.

        The location was good and the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. There was a friendly face at reception even was very late, the breakfast room was very nice.

        Good location for arrival by car, secure underground carpark and easy and fast approach from road network. Comfortable except the small bathroom.

        Convenient for centre and near the train station. Furthermore clean and modern hotel/room, the price was excellent. The reception staff was friendly and bed had foam mattress on platform that slept fine.

        Near to main train station and good location. Practical and effective facilities inside the Hotel, combining the excellent rate per night. Staff was bright, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was nothing exceptional.

        The secure underground car parking, near center and the location of the hotel was ideal. All services rendered was excellent and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was large.
