Great location for gitex visitors and lovely hotel. Price was reasonable, always greeted by a few personnels at the front door and concierge was helpful, the room was excellent, large, clean, well designed, large kitchen.

Elevators were very slow, the towels were old &.

The location is good, metro station is right across the hotel enabling you to be connected to the entire city and interior is new. The front desk personnel need to be more customer friendly, two bedroom suite is spacious.

House keeping should be more prompt, staff are not organized and the pool is also exceedingly small.
