  Communal areas were spotless and the beach was just a 10 min walk and was great for a change. Wine was good quality, the gardens and buildings were kept beautiful and clean, the maid service was the best I've ever experienced. The accommodation was brilliant, the waiters and bar staff were all exceptionally friendly and obliging, fresh coffee brought to tables at breakfast.

  The central pool, bar and stage area forms a nice lively centre, free beach shuttle every half hour. The hotel is lovely and house wine is very good. All the staff are very friendly and give a great level of service, the room cleaners are none too hot either. The food is excellent and the gardens are maintained very well.

  Pool area very clean and a good shallow area for kids, place is spotless, nice facilities let down a little by the staff at times. Studios on top of , have large private sundeck, breakfasts are excellent and the spa is great my husband even treated me to a luxury massage facial.

  The pool area was nice and the snack bar had a good selection of drinks, the hotel was excellent. The housekeeping staff were very thorough and friendly, the maids were wonderful. Apartments were clean and spacious, we booked All Inclusive the food choice was amazing, also the spa and sauna were great.

  The garden areas are lovely and very looked after, also this hotel has a big ant problem, staff do a great job keeping everything moving. An English tv channel would be nice, breakfasts are amazing and international kids club really good. The dedicated children's pool is very small.

  The site is very secure and the grounds well maintained by the gardeners, the hotel has a nice architecture, and building 5 and 6 are the best, staff friendly and work very hard. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very spacious, fridge is handy for keeping drinks.

  The dining area experience was excellent and staff there must be commended, the hotel was very clean and tidy, the room was perfect for a family. The food was surprisingly good, pool was lovely.

  The sunbed situation was a big pain for us and the food choice was plentiful and good quality. From the moment we arrived, to the day we left, the service was excellent, beds were ok, and rooms were clean, breakfast was amazing too pancakes,hot and cold breakfast aswell. The pool was large.

  The hotel was spotless and resteraunt staff were very good. Our apartment was a garden one facing the rear was lovely, the food was excellent and varied, the pool was great, plenty of sunbeds available.

  This hotel is perfect for families and rooms are cleaned every day and the housekeeping staff are great. The burgers are lovely.

  Food is all served in one reasturant and the quality is pretty good, the bar staff could not be better, hard working and friendly.

  Returned to the room not enough hot water to have two showers, no snacks at the resort available for non all inclusive guests.

  The hotel food was excellant and everything was spotlessly clean, the staff on the whole were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very good, all the meals were delicious and the pool was amazing for young children.

  Stay well clear and great staff. Apartments cleaned every day and lovely salads too. Varied menu and beautiful gardens.

  The hotel run a free taxi to son baulo beach every day and the coffee at the pool bar is also very good.
