We came during the end of the season and they happily upgraded us to pool and sea-view .... very amicable

the internet signal is weak in some rooms and makes for frustration since it costs 7 Euro per hour. Free internet would make the hotel even more appealing ...

Dakota tex mex was set 5 minutes walk away. Free parking, plenty of space.

I loved the beachfront location, friendly staff, and delicious food. The hotel design and room key wristband were convenient. The beach and pool were perfect. Great options for dining nearby, and easy access to the charming old town of Alcudia.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The suites are well worth the extra compared to double rooms. Staff very friendly, food & entertainment better in the hotel next door for families. Quieter more peaceful than hotel complex.

Despite hotel description, gym facilities are very poor. Just 2 or 3 apparatus, which were babdly in need of repair. Veri ill equiped. Also, although advanced room rate we booked quoted as inclusive of local 8% tax, we were still charged tax on top at check out.

The attitude of the staff to the hotel`s clients is worth mentioning: their eagerness to help you to solve your problems, their readiness to explain things, etc. Though, not all managers at the reception give reliable information. We loved Joanna..

We enjoyed the location of this hotel for its proximity to the beach and to the mountains in the distance. The restaurant that makes the best omelettes we've ever tasted is definitely worth a visit for breakfast. The staff service was friendly and professional and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The children's entertainment wasn't as extensive as we had hoped for and there was no iron in the room.

service appears to be slightly down - probably due to perceived reduced employee numbers. Staff that were on duty were very good.

The hotel we stayed in was amazing. Check-in was efficient, and staff were friendly. Our luxurious room had access to the balcony, offering privacy and exclusive amenities. The food choice was fantastic, with quality and variety being really high. The kids club was great, and the changing entertainment every night was an added bonus. Hotel facilities were spot on, and staff genuinely welcoming.

During our stay, there was only one minor issue. The furniture on the terrace was uncomfortable, making it difficult to sit outside for more than a couple of minutes.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was right on the beautiful beach. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the omelettes made in the restaurant. The hotel facilities were fantastic with clean rooms and friendly staff.

Great location, good breakfast and the night shift employees were very kind.

THe air conditioning was not working properly and despite a technitian came twice to fix it, it was still not cooling properly. Luckily the weather was not that hot but still made us not sleep properly.

I recently stayed at a hotel right on the beach in Playa de Muro and had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially at the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was excellent in terms of quality and variety, with the buffet being one of the best I've ever had. The hotel room was also lovely, with great decor and a Bluetooth music connection. I had a great time and would definitely return for the sun, sand, and delicious food.

The beach nearby was fantastic and the food was of a good standard. We had access to another hotel close by with more options for children.

Our room was very small and lacked privacy. The indoor pool was not open for families after 3 pm and the sauna was only available at certain times, which did not suit our schedule.
