The pool was sparkling and big, perfect for hot summer days. I also appreciated the free shuttle service to the main landmarks, which saved us money and time. The room size was decent and the air conditioning worked properly, saving our sleep from the scorching heat outside.

The breakfast was subpar with limited options. The staff wasn't as courteous as we expected and didn't provide any kind of local recommendations.

Beautiful hotel with great service. We recently stayed at a hotel in Tozeur for a city break and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, with well-kept common areas and a stunning swimming pool that we couldn't resist taking a dip in. The service provided by the staff was top-notch - they were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. the hotel had a fantastic restaurant and bar on-site, offering delicious food and drinks that we thoroughly enjoyed.
