  Bidet too taxis service immediately and reasonable, spacious park right next to one of the best beaches of the island. Food, sun bathing area, location superb, del duque beach is lovely and decent family hotel close to the beaches. Staff are excellant and very attentive including on reception, the rooms are very good. Restaurant is amazing and an excellent choice for a winter break.

  Good beach, good shopping, good cafe's and restaurants, excellent location, very quiet hotel high numbers of visitors. Great architecture impressed us, all the way to the building in we had our room and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was varied.

  Most rooms in a good location, spacious hotel and well worth the money. The reception staff were excellent and breakfast was lovely. Heated pool was great for the kids as wasn't too deep.

  In great location, good hotel and staff polite, friendly and exceptionally helpfull. The beds are very comfortable, the food on Half Board is excellent and upper pool is heated and was much more popular.

  Great location, superb quality service and staff cleared off our table a few times we were in the restaraunt. The rooms were fantastic, the choice of dishes available on the buffet was amazing and and the gym was good too.

  Seaview fantastic views and nice hotel. Reception was fast and efficient, our room was fresh and very clean, the food was ok from the pool bar and the staff very friendly.

  The nice room and the great views, best hotel ever, the staff were always attentive and very pleasant. Breakfast was expecially good.

  Brillant grounds, spacious gardens, and pool areas fab promenade location, the hotel is truly beautiful. The staff couldnt have been more helpful.

  Some nice restaurants, bars and shops at mirador and near to del duque too, fantastic Hotel, the staff were excellent and couldnt help enough. The 2 rooms we had in carmen block were lovely, breakfast was a great start to the day.

  The area is very well managed and kept clean and paths good, the whole hotel complex is huge and is absolutely spotless everywhere.

  The facilities location were excellent and the hotel was very child friendly on the whole. Staff were excellent, always helpful and polite, the rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean. Heated pool was great for the kids as wasn't too deep.

  Well worth a stay, excellent Staff and the rooms were very clean on arrival, good space for the cot. Buffet dinners were varied and always lovely, the heated pool was great for the kids.

  Lovely rooms and a very relaxed atmosphere, staff excellent, food superb. A large basket of fresh fruit champagne awaited us and kiddies pool also near the adult unheated pool.
