Beach was clean, location was brilliant and this was the best place we have travelled to in many years.
The hotel gardens are beautiful, very friendly reception staff even at that hour and the rooms are very quiet.
The choices were excellent, the main pool was great for kids - nice.

I liked the beach and excellent location. Super value for the money and not bad considering the price. Staff were really friendly, the manager even tried to say that was not the case and just burnt, the room was lovely, spacious, comfortable and clean.

The beach is fantastic and the fridge and kitchen area are ideal. The place is absolutely beautiful and the reception staff are friendly, efficient. The rooms are very large, cleaned daily and spotless, two good bars to visit are Linekers and Cheers, lots of fresh fruit and salad, lovely ice cream.

Excellent beach and good pool area. Best family hotel in alcudia and staff very helpfull. Great clean water for swimming, the food was amazing and the waiters were friendly and very efficient.

The beach was lovely, clean, spacious and a lifeguard was on duty, the first impression of the entrance/reception area was functional, location of the hotel was perfect. All of the staff were friendly and the facilities were spot on, rooms were lovely. The food was great, pools at Alcudia were better.

The beach is fabulous as previously stated, the food was very good and the location is perfect, the Iberostar Ciudad Blanca is a fantastic place to stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the apartments are very spacious and are very clean.

We moved to block 3 was much better for our kids and choice at breakfast was fantastic and brilliant location by the beach. Hotel was very clean and service was excellent. The room was cleaned daily, food was in great supply and very tasty.

The location was fantastic and the hotel was immaculately clean and the food varied and of a high standard. Staff were polite and keen to help, our room was in Block 1, overlooking the pool and very comfortable, the cocktails were great and definitely recommended.

The location is fantastic, right on the beach and a nice 10 minute walk to the town, the hotel breakfast is very good. The maid came in every day to make the beds and put in clean towels.
