The villa rooms were spacious with a beautiful layout. The bed was excessively big and comfortable. The restaurant dinners were nice. The staff, including the concierge and pool bar staff, were friendly and provided excellent service. The buffet had a great selection of food. The resort had beautiful gardens and a fitness center. There were fun group fitness classes available.

everything was good from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and reasonably spacious room. the food was good with a wide range of options. location: the hotel was near the airport as well as the restaurants. it took 5 minutes to reach playa arena gorda on foot.

The restaurant dinners were delicious, especially with the help of our friendly concierge who ensured we had all the activities and dinner reservations we desired. We loved spending evenings at the pool bar, where the bartenders, Alex and Santo, made the best cocktails with their secret recipes. The beach was stunning, and the French and Italian restaurants were a culinary delight.

We were disappointed to find roaches in the room and experience issues with the air conditioner and phone.

Worst aspects of our stay included some miscommunication regarding transportation to and from the airport, as well as confusion about the inclusions of our spa suite. We also had mixed experiences with the lunch boxes for excursions, with one staff member saying they were available and another saying they were not.
