Spacious room, great facilities , microwave and laundry service available, mini library with free drinks, helpful staff, convenient location.

Nothing everything was great.

The breakfast included in the room price was great! Lots of choice, western style mixed in with Japanese. Good salads and fine grilled fish. Hotel was located on opposite side of railway tracks than the castle, therefore a long walk but if this is important, very close to a Macdonalds.

The bathroom in our room was minuscule even by Japanese standards. We had a twin room which was ok, but I am a small person and could hardly move; hubby found it cramped at best. Though listed on Booked.net, so westerners will see and choose, no one spoke any English!!! We got along with lots of gestures but impossible to get any accurate info. Also, .7 km from train station so a really long walk to Castle! Tourist info centre at train station very helpful with good English speakers

Despite being a Business Hotel it was very comforatable and pleasant to stay there. The staff managed to converse with us and they were always aiming to please. The hotel is not close to the main tourist attractions but it is easy walking distance to the station and buses and taxis were close. It has excellent laundry facilities and a well renowned restaurant with a very good manager who speaks good english.

The hotel is located in a convenient area with easy access to public transportation and great restaurants. Our room had a comfortable and cozy atmosphere, with a lovely view from the window. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, providing us with excellent service.

The hotel could use some updating as some aspects were looking a bit worn out, such as the decor and the bathroom, which was a bit cramped. the breakfast buffet was limited in options.

The hotel is conveniently located (less than a 10-minute walk from the train station). Note that it is on the opposite side of the train station from the castle and gardens, which are then about 20 or 25 minutes from the hotel. The buffet breakfast was a good deal for 800 yen/person.

The hotel was fairly close to the train station and very easy to find, just a 5-minute walk away. It made transportation around this city very convenient. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing all necessary facilities like an electric kettle and hair dryer. The staff was polite and helpful.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep on during New Year's Eve. The bathroom had all the necessary toiletries, including clean towels. the hotel was located within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping areas. One of the best parts was that the staff was welcoming and always ready to assist with our needs.

The room was incredibly small and poorly designed, making it difficult for us to move around with our luggage. The check-out time was very early and the hotel charged a hefty fee for checking out late.
