• No coffee pot - Staff was friendly - Bathroom and room itself were spotless
• Bathroom though small was clean - Bed was fine - No room service at all
• Within a few minutes walk to two tubes - Towels are not replaced - Room was very sterile - all white

  The location was good and the bathroom facilities were of a higher standard than expected, the entire place was furnished in Ikea. The staff were great, room was clean.

  Nice area felt really safe and the bathroom was very clean too.

  The mattress was of poor quality, we could feel all the bed' springs, the desk staff were helpful.

  Very good position and price, very handy to stations, just 1 minute to Hyde Park. Very helpful hotel staff and lovely exterior building. The apartments are in a beautiful street, the design of the interior is extremely modern and the Bayswater cafe round the corner does breakfasts.

  Its a good location, central Underground lines and a lot of buses, the street the apartments are is lovely and a minutes walk to Hyde Park. Hotel in general were as cleanliness is very important to me and the reception staff are really friendly and the is free wireless in the lobby. Kensington palace is just across the main road.

  Great location near tube station, hyde Park is walking distance was nice and reception service is very good. For the price apartments are perfect, receptionists are very helpful and friendly.

  The location was excellent and the staff were the best thing about our stay. For the money i paid was very poor and service was friendly. Our room was very clean.

  Lifted mattress, slats were broken and no laundry facilities were available.
