Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel & Spa Santa Rosa - 圣罗莎

The location is very convenient to all wine countries and the hotel is located near a historical area.

It is located about 10 miles north of the main strip of vineyards on the valley of moon tour in sonoma, so a good location for drive up from SF and spend the night for weekend.

The hotel was an ideal location, close to the freeway.

How long would it take to drive back to SFO Airport.

I used to fly into Oakland airport and had the long drive to get to Mendocino.

Overall the room and bathroom was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

The room was quiet, the bed was comfy, and the bathtub was clean.

All pre-checkin requests for non-smoking king bed rooms were honored.

Very nice room with a firm bed, soft sheets, good pillows and fluffy comforter.

Nice end tables for reading at each side of bed and clean bathroom with nice linens.

The restaurant's food was much better than some of the food at the best restaurants in the Bay Area, where we live, and other expensive hotels.

While we did not have dinner at the restaurant, we did have breakfast everyday and the food, service, and restaurant were wonderful.

The server at the restaurant didn't really no what to do with our breakfast coupons and said just tell the hotel receptionist to take off the meal at checkout (at Hyatt really).

Breakfast: The breakfast restaurant was located in front the the otel but not connected.

Had a good, pretty inexpensive breakfast in the adjacent restaurant.

One young man who played the Concierge one day, was the front desk attendant the next, and the next morning the same guy brought us our room service!

The maid service was right on time every day (we always leave daily tips for these hardworking people, and left written requests for any special services).

The entire staff of this hotel needs to be replaced starting with the front desk manager Dan Munson.

Staff was courteous, ramone the concierge was amazing and the rooms were mediocre at best.

Nice pool and hot tub, decent sized gym for cardio; just a few light free weights.

There is a good sized gym with 24 hour access and a small spa.

Also, the rooms with patios are on the ground floor and are backed onto the pool and parking lot areas.

Large rooms, very clean and central to railroad square, downtown santa rosa and many wineries.

Clean & comfortable room, features an outdoor terrace and good pillows.

The hotel itself was spotless and the room was nice and large.

Clean, spacious rooms, courteous front desk etc.

The rooms were really nice and clean and spacious with ample seating.
