Hyatt Regency Warsaw - 华沙

A lovely hotel, in a great location - very central and close to the airport.

If there is a downside, it is location, kind of far from downtown, next to Russian Embassy but in nice district.

Hotel locatred in very good location and staff very helpful.

2 stops on a bus to subway or just take a taxi which is cheap anyway).

Helpful staff got us cab to the airport and overall exsperience was that it was as good as Hyatt as any place in US.

The bed was comfortable and the tub was huge.

The bed was very comfortable with adequate pillows provided and you also get evening service should you require any further towels, bed made again etc.

A good reccomendation for any hotel restaurant, super service and the bed was comfortable.

The staff were extremely friendly, the bed was very comfortable.

Moreover large and comfortable bed, food a little less than excellent.

The lounge is very nice and they offer decent food without having to go into the restaurant.

The rooms were wonderful and continental breakfast in the club lounge included.

Chefs ready to cook to order your your breakfast request from pancakes to eggs, no rubber eggs from a chafing dish.

The room was on the fifth floor and within the club regency which has it's own lounge where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning and in the evening cocktails are provided, all included in the price.

The dinning room was full of Polish families enjoying a special Sunday meal together, a good reccomendation for any hotel restaurant.

The staff were lovely and the concierge was helpful.

We were impressed by the high quality of service given to us by the fluent in english, staff.

The pool/spa/gym area here is excellent and the hotel is modern style.

The breakfast is really nice, the gymn/pool/sauna is excellent.

A downstairs swimming pool is available too and a sauna, which is available to guests, is a great way to unwind.

Una lamentela: il wireless è molto costoso (200 PLN per 24 ore), ma mi risulta che il prezzo sia diminuito dalla primavera del 2007.

Comunque il personale dell'albergo si è scusato del prezzo e mi ha dato indicazioni per raggiungere un caffè con wireless.

The hotel has a beautiful lay-out, the staff were very pleasant and friendly, the rooms were kept spotlessly clean.

Upon arrival, I was told that my room was not ready do to the problem they were experiencing with their loundry facillity that did not deliver clean sheets on time.
