  The view was spectacular and overlooked the entire city, the port, pool and the ocean, to the front desk I knew my stay was going to be wonderful, a good service should be provided before. Rooms were very nice, food was excellent and every Hyatt employee there was professional. Gym was very well stocked.

  Convenient to the ferry terminal, great location and as usual, excellent hospitality and a best hotel overall. Near governments buildings and 1 rating is well deserved. The staff are very nice, the rooms are clean, bright and modern, the Sushi bar is exciting.

  The gym is modern and well equipped and the taxi service is very reliable, the views from the higher floor rooms over the ocean are great. The hotel is clean, the lobby bars and restaurants provide an excellent ambience for networking, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful shower you can watch tv, the Spa is heavenly.

  The rooms, the view, the beds, the staff and the food were great, the stay went well, a good service should be provided before. The bath salts were a very nice extra addition, ceasar salad was a hit and the olive tapenade on the crouton was delicious, the spa was outstanding the best massage I've ever gotten.

  Friendly staff, great location, our only wish is that had a beach, this hotel is awesome and the rooms are wonderful and the shower is something I'd like to have in my own home. The accommodation are conformable and clean, the restaurants serve fresh, tasty food, the pool is excellent and possibly nicer than pictured.

  The pool and bar area was lovely, the hotel staff were very polite. Firstly the service was excellent, the concierge lounge was wonderful and muammar, dining room manager, was great. The meal was also delicious and gym was good.

  Infinity pool had a fantastic view, the food was good, the atmosphere was excellent and service was great and we plan to do again. The bed was very comfortable and for breakfast the wait staff were incredibly attentive. The spa was amazing.

  The rooms are cleaaannnnnn and has a welcoming feel, the view is, the entire hotel is great, legions of staff are generally very well trained. The waterfront restaurant is excellent for a meal at night and the bar/grill at the pool has a wonderful menu. The conference facilities are superb.

  The location is convenient to the city and the place can be lovely and a nice place to stay. Excellent lobby and bar, and average room and food, the staff is very kind, the gym is big.

  The pool is nice and clean, very breezy and relaxing in that area, this place is just amazing, the service at the hyatt is great. The rooms are spacious.

  Great job, Hyatt Regency Trinidad, wonderful customer service and adequately trained receptionists. Elegant and comfortable rooms, comfy bathrobe. Huge breakfast buffet as well and better choices available. An amazing swimming pool.
