We had the best time, as the hotel has fantastic service, excellent value for money as the facilities and service are very nice.
The distance from the hotel to the center of the city and the night life area is 20-45 minutes ,depenting the traffic jam(about 15 km) ,and we had to pay extra 15 euros one way to cabs.
If you are coming to just get some r & r in Northern Greece, or if you have business outside of the city center, the location is fine.
Although near the airport some 10km away from the centre of town the Hyatt Regency is excellent.
Close to town, airport and other coastal villages.
A spotless hotel you can afford the high room rates, the staff is beyond professional and our bedroom had the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in.
The decoration in the hotel was amazing, the staff were friendly and the room was lovely - bed.
Upon entering our room, I saw that we did not have the King bed we had requested.
The staff was very friendly, the concierge were very helpful and the room/beds were very comfortable.
Mais le repas et le service était excellent, the big guest rooms and eating some good food.
Junior suites are huge and breakfast in the Ambrosia restaurant is a comprehensive hot.
By the way we had lovely time in the Garson (restaurant ,brasserie) down town and we enjoyed our drinkgs in Kitchen bar (in the port area).
In addition our room was spacious, the meals in the restaurant were excellent.
Dinner restaurant is a little tasteless, dishes are unimaginable and plain.
A huge balcony and bar service again friendly.
A nice pool area, the front desk hotel staff are exceptionally helpful and service is excellent.
As the hotel has fantastic service and the staff was very professional.
The reception staff is extremely fast and efficient, rooms are very nice.
The perfect hotel, professional service and excellent concierge.
Wonderful fitness area, relaxed and warm atmosphere, the lobby was really huge.
The dinner/breakfast terrace is beside a cleverly loud but soothing pool with fountains and cascade.
Even the little faults, we had a great time and we loved the big pool.
