The location was great, right on the main drag and conveniently located to all the great shopping there.

The location is perfect for strolling the streets of downtown and this hotel better hurry up.

Good location, moved to street parking the next couple of nights for free and the hotel is very quiet.

The hotel airport-shuttle van even drove me to the tram even though I only asked for a cab.

The shuttle was a little slow in getting to the airport but I arrived early on 5/3 so I had the rest of the day free.

We were delighted at the size of the room, which on entering provides a dining suite for four on the right, then a two seater sofa (convertible to sofa bed) and an armchair, and a 68cm TV with around 30 channels of cable and free to air TV.

We had a huge suite - giant bathroom, living room, bedroom.

My room was kind of depressing; it was sort of a suite; two rooms (would be good for a family though, if you needed privacy) with the bathroom in between.

The location was great and the room (suite) was nicely maintained, however, the bed was as hard as a rock.

Rooms were spacious given it is an all suite hotel, but bathroom was not clean and toilet clearly had the remains of previous occupiers activities (gross).

Large bathroom, manuel at the bar very attentive and walking to restaurants in the wonderful evenings.

All of the employees we encountered were pleasant, and we had breakfast in the restaurant and it was great!

Never ate in the restaurant as it was always empty and there were plenty of places to eat out in the centre.

Have stayed here several times and even in season the restaurant/bar area is never busy, so never tried it.

The hotel was on the main road, so was in a great location for walking around the shops and restaurants.

The balconies had a beautiful view of the pool, this hotel had a great location and the reception staff were very helpful and cheerful.

The service was excellent at the front desk and furniture was nice and modern.

Everyone, from the front desk, the bell staff through to the cleaners seem to enjoy customer interaction, and cannot be more helpful in making sure we are comfortable here.

Yes, the front desk does direct you to the concierge but that was fine since she was more than willing to help and even walked me off property to direct me to the location I was going.

We arrived early Saturday evening and easily parked in the guest parking garage, and ascended via the elevator to check in.

The new Fitness Centre is great and the lobby of this hotel is very nice.

The sunbathing area was also in need of a good clean as was the lifts in the lobby.

So for the money I paid, that's great service and the rooms were large and clean.

I found the rooms to be clean, bright, large and comfortable.

We had a great time staying at the Hyatt, the suite was spacious, very clean (smelled nice and clean) and had a terrific view.

Staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are clean and the gym is well appointed.
