The location is great, we ended up waiting almost fifteen minutes just to check in and from the outside and the lobby, this is a nice hotel. Staff are very helpful and clean my room even I had a do not disturb sign on the door.

Nice area and selection, wonderful stay, luxury Prices. The front lobby was beautiful and staff were incredible. Room was absolutely awesome and the breakfast Buffett in the resturant was excellent.

Fitness center was awesome, the hotel was clean, comfortable and the bar staff in the main lobby bar were excellent professionals. The service was great and the concierge was helpful. Our room was clean, breakfast was wonderful and pool was nice.

View of the arch was very nice, loved the room and the hotels location to downtown was great too. Restaurants in the lobby provided good food and drinks, staff were wonderful, the employees were friendly. Suite and was perfect, the salad component had a nice array of fresh and marinated vegetables.

Staff were great and the view of the arch was amazing from the room, our stay was excellent, the maid service was exceptional. The tv was a big flatscreen, and the beds were very comfortable, breakfast buffett was AWESOME.

Louis and supported by the hotel management, staff friendly, the room was great and the breakfast buffet was outstanding.

The parking situation was awful and elevators were extremely slow. Local calls were not free and very loud and the music had a lot to be desired.
