This high-brow super resort is great for families and has tucked away grounds and beautiful landscaping. The location is convenient to go shopping, eat at restaurants, and enjoy everything else in Scottsdale. It also has a water park and great swimming pool for kids. The spa is incredible and there's live music at the bar. Critics disliked the bland rooms and public areas that could stand to be renovated.

Nice spa and workout area, wonderful stay. The rate was a little less incredible after taxes and the service was probably the best I've experienced. The rooms were beautiful and breakfast at the Regency Club was great too.

The pool area was nice, this hotel was incredible and fees brought to just over $70. The staff were friendly and the rooms were spotless. The coffee was good, our waiter Brandon was awesome, professional.

Its in a great location for shopping and restaurants, nice Hotel, beautiful grounds – lobby area and pools are truly spectacular. The service and the staff are friendly, helpful, and very attentive, the rooms are big, modern, clean and functional, free food and drinks on and off all day. The spa was very eye appealing and the massage therapists are talented.

The family pool areas are beautiful and creative, the lobby bar is a wonderful place to have a drink. The interior of the rooms are very modern, the bed very very comfoirtable, crisp sheets, great pillows and breakfast at SWB is awesome.

Rooms, gardens, swimming areas, etc were beautiful and awesome bathroom, took pictures of to try to design my own bathroom after. The staff were great and showers in spa not working properly and water was scalding hot. The breakfast buffet in the morning was excellent and the adult pool had efficient and quick beverage service.

The hotel was very quiet and the level of service was high, the staff were very nice and helpful, the room was decorated very nicely and was modern and comfortable. Sampled the food at various restuarants and was pleased, the Spa Avania was wonderful.
