Nice view you get a room facing the river, the hotel is located on the riverfront in a great location and the beds are very comfy.

The location was great-directly on the river- and there are lots of shops and resturaunts nearby.

I called down to the front desk the night before to ensure that we would have a taxi waiting to take us to the airport.

Save that $ and take a cab from the airport!

The bed was average, the bathroom was average, the furniture was cheap and the pool was tiny.

The king bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was good-sized.

The restaurant and bar were beautiful and the food was great except for the powdered eggs at breakfast (suprising for such an upscale place).

I felt the hotel food given to us at the conference and on the one occasion I ate breakfast at the restaurant was a little below average.

I ate only 2 meals there, one breakfast and one lunch.

Both the restaurant and the bar have wonderful river views.

The breakfast was reasonable and the restaurant offered a cheap view of the Savannah River - we even spotted a dolphin.

Great staff, everyone from maid to bellman, from front desk to servers, provided consistantly outstanding service.

The Hyatt is an excellent hotel, the rooms were nice and clean, the staff was superb, room service is available, there is a fitness center, an indoor pool, and the concierge was very helpful.

We did think it awkward that after using the heated indoor pool (lower parking lot level) and being wet, you have to stop at the lobby and make an elevator change to get to your room.

Within the hotel you have an elevator which you can take down to the parking garage as well as to River Street.

The lobby elevators open in the middle of the river walk, which has many bars and restaurants.

Wireless internet was just under $10 per 24hrs.

It was hard to connect to wireless internet: $9.

The rooms are clean, restaurant not open - being renovated - due to open Monday Sept.

The helpful front desk woman put us in a riverview on the 7th floor, the rooms are nice and clean.
