The beach area excellent, beautiful hotel and the main building has aged well.

First of all its location is amazing, the hotel is very quiet and the staff are friendly.

The staff were great and in our particular room one of the beds had seen better days.

We stayed in the Queenslander Suite, which was over $300 a night and the bathroom was not much better than a 4 star hotel at best.

Overall, this is a great property but it is starting to look a bit tired and the rooms - especially the bathrooms need a refurbishment.

A large comfortable bed and as well as several other bars.

We stay in a Club Room means we get continental breakfast, staff are helpful in the main and private balconies open to golf course.

Rooms were great, breakfast in the restaurant was fabulous.

Also the main restaurant - the fireplace was excellent re service and breakfast was good.

Pool bar was fine - the Cove Cafe food was fine.

Also rooms are fine and the free pool table in the lounge bar.

Great staff, our rooms were spacious and breakfast buffet had a good range of food.

Friendly and helpful service during our stay, again staff coped very well, the outlook of the room was excellent.

Service were excellent too and bedding was fine.

Not exactly a pleasant welcome, friendly staff and late checkout extremely convenient.

There was another pool as well as a heated outdoor spa/jacuzzi.

Another pleasant extra was to see by the pool there was a free sunscreen lotion dispenser which was very handy considering the hot weather.

Wish it had of been warmer when I was there and I'm pretty sure I would never have left the pool area!

Quiet hotel to relax in, the staff are lovely and rooms are clean - nothing special.

    Loved the pool area and the hotel facilities were very good. Service were excellent too and bedding was fine. Breakfast was also very nice, a large national rugby league team was checking in.

    Our lagoon view room indeed had a lovely view across the pools, the overall atmosphere was quite romantic and staff on arrival were very friendly. Also the main restaurant - the fireplace was excellent re service and breakfast was good.

    Not exactly a pleasant welcome, friendly staff and late checkout extremely convenient. A large comfortable bed and as well as several other bars. Very nice breakfast and great pool.

    Slightly small portions for the price, the sheets etc were poor.

    Friendly and helpful service during our stay, again staff coped very well, the outlook of the room was excellent. Breakfast was also very good, the heated pool was not heated due to maintenance was disappointing.
