Its location is very convenient as is linked to the Downtown Rochester Skyway system, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service from the airport and the beds are very comfortable.
The bed was comfortable and another complaint: the pillows were way too big.
Pro: Very convenient location and everything about this hotel was just great.

By car: Head east on Airport Way towards Greater Rochester International Airport. Take the 2nd right on to Airport Road. Take the 1st right on to Brooks Avenue/New York State Bicycle Route 5. Continue to follow Brooks Ave. Continue onto Plymouth Avenue S. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto Ford Street. Turn left onto Exchange Boulevard. Turn right onto Main Street E. The hotel will be on the right.
