  From front desk and quiet heating system. Food great.

  A hot tub would have been a nice amenity after walking all day in the city, the hotel is entirely mediocre.

  Loved the staff, nice rooms and complimentary breakfast. Great pool for kids.

  The unfriendly bellman in front of the hotel, not worth the price and furniture/decorations did not look worn at all.

  Very helpful staff and the bathroom nice and big.

  Our room had a terrible view even this hotel has really great water, the restaurant was never crowded and the food was delicious.

  The waterfront views are pleasant and the staff is efficient and friendly, the bed is one of the best I have ever slept in at a hotel. The rooms are just ok.

  Expensive parking for hotel residents and also charge a fee just to print a boarding pass.

  Wonderful staff and comfy bed. Good restaurant, indoor swimming pool.

  No bottled water in the room or in the shop downstairs and dirty streets. The hotel is just mediocre.

  Fantastic views of the delaware river, a good place for conventions and front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and the doormen never tired of answering questions. The room was very clean.
