The hotel is in a poor location for the city centre,with building work nearby.

The location is really central to the CBD and there is a complimentary city shuffle if you don't want to do the 5 minute walk.

We booked a taxi to return to the international airport, the shuttle bus only drives on Adelaide Terrace and not up to the hotel entrance so one needs to wait an approximate 15 to 20 minute block which we chose not to do.

On arrival into Perth domestic airport we took the shuttle bus located outside the airport arrivals section.

Our room, which was the Regal Suite, was super large with a lounge room, two bathrooms, and bedroom.

The room was indeed large, however, a bedside lamp had broken footing, and the bed was was very spongy and not a 'king' bed but 2 single beds joined together.

Small, pokey room with a combined bath/shower but alas, there was a king size bed (spongy, old and uncomfortable).

There was a broken glass in the draw of the mini bar cabinet, and the bed in the room appeared to have seen better days, it was completely sagged on one side, just as well it was only me in the room.

Spacious en-suite king-size room plus large lounge with separate toilet.

The breakfast buffet had a wide choice to suit all tastes and the in-house Asian restaurant was exceptionally good.

Food though was a bit disappointing but so many good breakfast locations in perth, not a big deal.

Service everywhere in the hotel was super, the reception staff were polite and helpful, our room was hot all day.

Service staff fantastic, clean rooms and evening drinks/snacks well up to standard.

Overall our stay there was pretty good, the service we received from the wait staff was fantastic and room was spacious.

Great Gym pool area, a fine hotel and a large building site wasnt exactly inspiring.

The leisure facilities in the hotel were all of a reasonable standard with a good sized swimming pool, tennis court and Gym.

The small gym was adequate, as was the sauna and the tennis court.

Rooms not over large, but clean and comfortably furnished, internet access, tea/coffee etc.

It was clean and the room had been recently refurbished.

The rooms are very 80's and not particularly clean - something I've never experienced with this brand.

The room was fitted with all the amenities you would expect from a 5 star hotel, nothing to flash, but clean comfortable and roomy.
