        • The hotel staff was great, the front desk was quite responsive and courteous, the fireworks over the water were spectacular.
        • The view was great, the restaurant in the hotel had very good food and the staff was very professional.
        • The Pineapple Bay outdoor restaurant/bar was their only plus, the staff was very helpful - we originally had a parking lot view room and our stay there was fantastic.

            Great view, really nice place and lobby were beautiful. The staff were excellent, and the fireworks over the water were spectacular and the service in the restaurant was prompt and friendly. The spa was beatufil and a pleasant.

            Fantastic ocean views, great stay and extremely friendly staff, especially the valet parking staff. Rooms are clean, beds comfy and the concierge is knowledgeable too. The indoor pool is fine.

            The location makes for incredible views and a bit of respite from the hustle and bustle of Newport, the hotel itself is not bad, the staff is very personal, helpful, and nice. The room needed to be cleaned better.

            The views were beautiful and relaxing, for a HYATT hotel, this hotel was a big disappointment. Service was good and our room and bathroom were well appointed and immaculate. The breakfast was nice.
