Excellent dining within 1 minute of the front door, nearby shopping at UTC is excellent, one of the best malls in San Diego IMO and the pool area is wonderful as well. Hotel bar is big, exterior architecture and lobby are fantastic, customer service is generally very attentive. The bed is extremely comfortable and the coffee is great.

Nice location and easy accessilble, another Great Stay. Well worth the money, the lobby is plush and comfortable, front desk is helpful for tourism. The bathroom is quite spacious.

For us, the location was exceptional and hotel looked well maintained and the room was clean. The service was excellent and the manager that we spoke to was neither polite nor apologetic. The bedding was wonderful, Japanese restaurant was fantastic and each night the concierge helped guide us to a great dinner.

Extremely clean rooms and public areas, beautiful hotel, we received a great rate from Booked. The lobby was big and gorgeous, staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any, the bed was one of the best we've slept on. Snacks were delicious and we visted the pool frequently was olympic sized and heated.

Great stay at this hotel, exceptional service and a female concierge was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean, the breakfast and lunch buffets were excellent, the staff did a nice job of making sure we had plenty of beverages for breaks. The pool was heated.
