    Excellent facilities in the business center and extremely good hotel.

    Location is the best, the hotel is large and rates are also quite reasonable.

    Excellent location for Business travellers visiting the Kolkata district - Salt Lake and staff went out of their way to make your stay comfortable.

    The hotel is located about 16 km from the airport and is probably the closest 5 star hotel to the airport.

    We chose this hotel simply because it was the nearest to the airport, and we were arriving very late in Kolkata and leaving again the next day.

    The room was nice and the bathroom very very modern.

    I stayed for just one night in October, truly professional staff (love it when people remember your name) Large room with fantastic marble bathroom.

    The room was very comfortable, clean and the bathroom was modern with all amenities.

    We had booked connecting rooms for us and our three children and on arrival found we had been given a suite, which was marvellous.

    The rooms were spacious, very modern, smart and clean and the bathrooms were huge and fab!

    The Waterside cafe, the hotels main restaurant, served an excellent buffet breakfast, with a huge choice of both indian and european food.

    The bar there is quite fantastic and food is great.

    Being Christmas, there was a dinner buffet in the restaurant downstairs ( I forget the name) and the food was delicious.

    The only food we had was the breakfast buffet and it was very good indeed - and, living in Asia, we have seen an awful lot of breakfast buffets!

    I ate at the Thai restaurant and it was amazing.

    The quality was even better than the quantity, the staff was more than courteous and bathrooms - was especially pleasant was the customer service.

    Our stay was excellent, all the staff were very courteous and room service was very good.

    The hotel is modern and le service excellent et les chambres tout services.

    Lovely hotel in Kolkata, friendly Staff and good concierge.

    The food is also excellent, the gym the spa the golf car drive are equally good.

    The bathroom was huge, the spa had a great jacuzzi and pillows were comfortable.

    The fitness centre is spacious and gym are both of a high quality.

    Best hotel in Kolkata, lovely service here and clean and the bathroom was modern.

    The service is good also and rooms are clean.

    The ITC Kolkata did a much better, the staff were good and punctual, clean and the bathrooms were huge.

    Apart from being clean with top quality furnishings and bathrooms - what was especially pleasant was the customer service.

      Lobby boys were quite courteous and service throughout my stay was excellent. Additionally the staff were very attentive and the room was nice. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and the smaller one in the heated pool was brilliant for both of them.
