Good concierge, car arranged to bring into town quickly, the hotel itself is a huge place and rates are also quite reasonable. The staff are amazingly helpful, rooms are spacious and the meals are delicious. The gym is well equipped.

The itc Kolkata did a much better and flawless job in this area, the service at the hotel was also very prompt. Lobby boys were quite courteous and the reception and other hospitality arrangements were very good. The bathroom was huge, breakfast was great.

The rooms were fabulous and the fitness centre was excellent, the quality was even better than the quantity. The lobby was quite big and good, the staff were very courteous and helpful. The suite was amazing and the Italian restaurant, La Cuccina, was a huge disappointment.
