Overall, the location was great and the hotel provided great value for money.
Sightseeing direct on the door-step literally, the hotel provided great value for money and the staff were efficient and helpful.
The internet is overpriced (even by hotel standards) in the business centre, its much cheaper in the malls down the road.
Ocean view rooms provide excellent views of the sunset, the hotel is very good value and the service is also great.
It is at a good location next to some clothing markets and right across from the harbour and fish markets.
The hotel location was fantastic, about 1/2 a block from the beach markets, and close to lots of good eating places.
The location of the hotel is excellent, the club lounge overlooked the south china sea and had wonderful views of the sunset over the islands.
The location is great - near the sea and good restaurants and bars just outside.
All in all, had a pleaseant stay, would def stay here again esp due to its location.

The quality of the room was quite good, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, also the bathroom was quite large.
Business services – Seemed adequate and huge bed.
Service is excellent and its bath room is large.

We ate out whilst there at Little Italy (Italian Restaurant) great food!
My hubby got food poisoning from the yoghurt (most likely) at breakfast which was sitting in a bowl for the whole morning (okay - his own stupidity for eating it).

Staff at the hotel are very friendly and accomodating, both times we received excellent service at check in, the rooms are quite large.
All the staff are fantastic, room service is always quick and the pool is large and clean.
We found the staff and the service to be of a very high standard, the food was great, the only problem was the restaurants were always freezing!
The recreational facilities are a bit lacking (small gym & the pool is a bit old) but as we were using the hotel mostly as a 'rest stop' between tours it was perfectly adequate.
The only negative about this hotel is having to walk through the foyer after using the pool, and the long back door pathway to the gym.
It has a gym, several restaurants and a pool area.
The staff were always very friendly and helpful and the rooms always clean and tidy.
Comfortable and clean room, free breakfast, all manner of alcoholic beverages.
The room very clean, various bars and the food also was excellent.
Rooms do need a clean and dinner at the same restaurant is good.
They did forget to clean our room after the first night however this was promptly attended to within 30minutes of advising them.
