  The view was spectacular, the best hotel I've stayed in and the staff were very courteous and respectful. The balcony was large and the food was excellent and included a small bottle of wine. Dinner in omi market restaruant was also good and the concierge in particular was amazing.

  Good location and price, island Luxury, the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The lobby is quite nice and the staff are supremely professional and helpful. The bathroom is great and restaurants are wonderful and responsive to our needs.

  The best concierge of Jeju island works in hyatt and nice beach area. My stay here was wonderful, service was excellent and the room was large and well maintained. The food was great and the meeting facilities were adequate.

  Great views, very good hotel and the prices are reasonable. The staff are very polite and rooms are beautiful. The spa is wonderful.

  Nice ocean view and beautiful Hotel. Really liked the lobby area and incredible service. The balcony is amazing and the staff are very good and the food was pretty good. The facilities are excellent.

  Location is very quiet and all rooms have balconies, the lobby of the hotel is one of the best I have seen. The staff are really friendly, a comfortable terrace lounge and the bathroom, the outdoor pool is not heated and not very clean.

  The rooms wonderful, the view amazing, the staff attentive, great stay and free Wifi only in the lobby area. Again the service was perfect and the bathroom covered in white marble was nice at least. The food was excellent.

  The rooms are large, comfortable and i had a great view, the exterior of the hotel is beautiful and overlooks the ocean. Desk staff seemed to have good English, indoor swimming pool is fantastic esp during winter time.

  Overall, , for value, is an excellent option in the jungmun resort area and the paths snaking through the cliffs and grounds of the hotel are beautiful. The staff is friendly, attentive and as helpful as possible, the room are comfortable, spacious and perfectly clean. The spa is also great and is very reasonable.

  Great hotel in a nice location, friendly staff and there's free wifi in the rooms. Bar around the beautiful pond, lots of towels, toiletries, dryers, etc_ All in all perfect and the breakfast buffet as excellent as ws the bbq in the evenings. Fresh tasty menu and spa available.

  The actualy jung mun area isn't that interesting other than the beach and loud lobby music.

  Good hotel and nice staff. Comfy beds, wonderful fish and we especially liked our light dinner in the atrium bar surrounded by the koi pond.

  The hotel is the last one in the cluster, closest to beautiful jungmun beach and all the concierges speak very good English, as do the other staff.

  Wired internet is not free, buffet breakfast is extensive and expensive, the indoor pool and the gym is tiny, really tiny.
