  A beautiful view of the city and st, great hotel, a small shop in the lobby was handy for sundries and snacks. Staff were attentive and nice, the bed was very comfortable, the restaurant downstairs offered a buffet that was an excellent value.

  The pool area was nice and clean and the pool/hot tub were heated, the hotel paid for a cab back from the hospital for us, staff were quite helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, the main restaurant was good we had breakfast there and conference facilities were excellent and well appointed.

  Plenty of clean towels are provided at the pool area and great hotel, definitely recommend. The internet service is free is not wireless is a bummer.

  Beautiful waterfront location, wonderful stay and very attentive lobby. Great front desk staff and nice shower. Friendly bartender and clean bar scene, lots of fresh towels for everyone, the food at our banquets was varied.

  The location of the hyatt was perfect and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable and attractive. The staff were very attentive, room service was great and good drinks I had there and very good bar food.

  Great location, great view, great staff and wonderful hotel. Nice spacious lobby, the service was friendly and could not complain about that, the bedding materials were average at best.

  Room had view of the river, and there is a sliding door, was nice, Jacksonville is at its best at the HYATT. Great drinks, even better prices, and sweet tunes.

  The location is perfect, quick cab ride to the stadium and tons of rooms and places to hold large meetings. The lobby is fine, the service is absolutely amazing and most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Restaurants are pretty nice, pool looks good I didn't use.

  Great views of the city/river and nice hotel. Free wireless in the lobby, service was attentive and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The pizza was huge, the heated rooftop pool was not heated.
