Overall accomidations were wonderful, as was service (with the exception of the server at the Porch), and the location and price we paid, cannot be beat.

They were a significant enough problem to affect any decision to stay at this location in the future.

It was in a wonderful location being attached to The City Center Mall.

You can reserve a car online (or via phone) and when you arrive at the airport, all you have to do is go to the Ground Transportation Center, check in at the Carey booth, and they'll take care of the rest.

The Colts Team Store in the mall sells a three foot high Peyton Manning bobblehead for $200.

The room was wonderful, the furniture was excellent, the bed and pillows were as comfortable as one could want, the air conditioning was effective, the water pressure was good, and the maid service was perfect.

After a 2 hour ordeal of looking for a room, the hotel put us in adjoining single bed rooms assuring us that a manager had made certain that the rooms were clean.

The room had its own controls for heating/cooling (some earlier reviews seemed to indicate that this was not the case) and while, yes, the vent is over the bed, it IS adjustable by just standing on the bed and fiddling with the vent slats.

The hotel was very clean and our room was nice and the bed was very comfortable.

The rooms are very modern, though a bit small, with incredibly comfortable beds and tiled bathroom.

Coupled with the new bar/restaurant that seemingly just opened on the hotel side, you have several places from which to choose to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner without ever having to leave the hotel.

Breakfast/lunch restaurant provided good quality food, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the bathroom amenities were nice.

We did not eat at the sports bar, CHAMPS or the restaurant EAGLES NEST but they are conveniently located inside the hotel.

After sitting there for about 1/2 hour, we just went to the bar, paid for our drinks that she had brought, and went to a restaurant down the street called "Rock Bottom" which had excellent food and service.

The onsite restaurant with the breakfast buffet is a SUPER PLUS, they also have a pizzeria, mcdonalds and subway on property.

The front desk staff and valet service were prompt and courteous.

Very good staff/good service, cHECK-IN: Quite efficient and the room was well furnished.

SERVICE: Service was very professional and the Concierge was very helpful.

The elevators were not the quickest though and we did have to wait sometimes more than 9 seconds even but they overlook the hotel lobby and waterfall so it's worth the wait.

They direct you to the service elevators as an altenative - nothing like getting out of a smelly freight elevator in a dark service room.

A nice feature is that there are two skylights, one above the pool and one above the jacuzzi.

They are the only hotel downtown with free high speed internet access (although it's not wireless).

The rooms are clean and have beautiful furnishings.
