  Yes, 's free and runs about every 12 minutes, plenty of local eateries in the streets nearby for a quick breakfast/lunch, staff were able to identify us by sight in club area after 24 hours. The hotel lobby was nice and big, service was attentive and efficient. Also the rooms were spacious and the drinks, ambience, and live music at Chin Chin was excellent. The Indian chef was awesome and gym were great.

  The view is simply superb, the hotel is in a convenient location above MRT station and the decoration is simple modern style design. Service is prompt and attentive, room is good. The toilet is really huge for Hong Kong standards, the breakfast is stunning you just cant go past.

  Ideal location, excellent hotel and the lobby was beautiful as was the room. Staff were all courteous, the bathroom was perfect for families and the breakfast was also quite good. Our sunday Chinese lunch was equally delicious, the facilities were well maintained and cleaned.

  The room that i stayed has a great view of Hong Kong island and one of the best buffet style breakfast I've had in a hotel. Front desk staff were fine, food and service were excellent.

  The personailized service continued and was even greater in areas, a new, modern hotel located in downtown. Staff were excellent, the room was good size and the bed extremely confortable, as was the shower.

  Location is very convenient to mtr all the shopping is in walking distance, langham Place is a wayyyy better experience for a similar rate and usually very good service except once. The design of the room is elegant and very functional.
