The hotel is in a nice and pleasant location, close to smaller trains, a Japanese restaurant, and the Tozan railway station. The onsen bathing area is really large and clean. The staff is very friendly and amiable. The breakfast offered is savory and plentiful. The resort is a wonderful relaxing place to stay just 1 mile away from Gora Park.

I had the most amazing experience at the Hyatt Regency in Hakone. The onsen was truly top-notch and one of the best I've ever been to in Japan. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to help. The flexible shuttle service made getting around extremely convenient. Plus, the complimentary drinks by the cozy fireplace were a delightful touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

Nice location , 5 minutes walk from cable car. Easy to go all the interesting places.

The position of the hotel was favourable, on the hills. Moreover, it's next to Lake Ashi and the cable car to Black egg at the top great views of Mount Fuji. The bed was very extremely comfy and the room was reasonably large.

I was blown away by the breathtaking views of Mount Fuji from my spacious corner suite at Hyatt Regency. The peaceful ambience throughout the resort created a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The onsen was a pleasant and refreshing experience, and the free cocktail hour in the beautiful living room was a nice touch. The meals at the hotel were excellent, and the Gore-Hakone train ride was a highlight of my trip. I highly recommend this resort for a tranquil and memorable stay.

The location is great, just a short walk from the station. The hotel is also very close to picturesque Hakone and the gondola and cable car to Black Egg. The rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. The food and soft drinks are fantastic.
