Hyatt Regency Greenville - 格林维尔

The location of the hotel is next to Main Street, the side entrance puts you right on Main.

It was a really great Hyatt with an outstanding location next to all of the nightlife of downtown Greenville.

Park in free city parking on Richardson Street, within walking distance of some great bars and obviously the location is perfect.

Nice location in the downtown area and the business center contained high quality Dell computers.

It runs once an hour and its difficult to determine when exactly it arrives at the airport.

At night we removed the decorative pillows and throw and placed them on the chair and floor, when the room was cleaned the decorative pillows were not put back on the bed for some reason (not a big issue).

The bath is small, the old tub, toilet, and counter top are original.

Room was comfortable but had a very, very small bathroom and the little coffee maker in the room was not worth the effort (no pot--just a paper cup to place under spewing coffee/water.

The flat panel TV is situated on a swivel so that you can see it from either the bed or the work desk.

The beds were very comfortable, the room had a masculine feel, but it was very tastefully decorated.

Didn't eat in any of the restaurants or the bar.

The bar and restaurant were both very slow while I stayed here, probably because of the terrible atmosphere.

Hotel is right in the middle of restaurants and shops; park your car and walk to everything you need.

There are so many restaurants and shops that its nice not to have to get back in your car for dinner every night.

The hotel is located at the end of most of the bars, restaurants, shops.

I loved the modern decor and the front desk staff was pleasant.

The front desk staff were very friendly and even called to let us know that we had a gift bag at the front desk from the couple getting married.

The self-parking was adjacent to the hotel but inconvenient because access was through the lobby, out the doors and down the street to enter the garage and then up an elevator if you were not parked on the first level.

There's a small but well equipped gym and a basic pool area which is nice for sunbathing or cooling down after a day at work.

The hotel atrium lobby doesn't have much atmosphere to be honest and lacks the usual hustle and bustle of a decent 4 star hotel.

I was also please to find that they just installed wireless internet.

I liked the I Pod dock station and did not use the wireless internet connection.

The staff was super friendly, my room was comfortable and clean.

In addition the lobby is beautiful, the staff have been attentive and accommodating, the rooms are clean.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping staff do a great job of keeping the rooms spotlessly clean.

The rooms are clean but the decor is very tired and really not up to scratch for a 4 star hotel in 2006.

The rooms were average hotel fare, clean and well maintained, but indistinguishable from some much less expensive brands.
