  The location is very good and the food in the hotel bar is actually decent as well. The building also has a large lobby and unusual architecture, rooms now have modern style furniture. Staff is very friendly and helpful, bathroom/shower is small and warm to hot the sun shines in the bathroom windows, the elevators are inadequate for accommodating guests at certain times throughout the day. Gym and restaurant are nice enough.

  Fitness center was good, clean and short North district was also very nice. Hotel desk staff were excellent, service was amazing and the bathrooms were a good size and water pressure was great. Also, the elevators took an extremely long time to arrive.

  First, the location is excellent, some of the best hotel food I have had and in the lobby as well as up to the second floor. The staff are all very friendly and rooms are nice, restaurant was good.

  The location is walking distance to some nice bars and restaurants, the hotel has 20 stories and is certainly impressive to look at. The lobby is very large and can accommodate alot of people at once, the rooms are well appointed, food is good.

  Good location and nice hotel. Excellent staff and service, room was great.

  The elevator time was unbelievably slow, the food in the Market Cafe was not worth the price.

  Great location, you could walk to restaurants and bars, and was next to the convention center, starbucks in the hotel was convenient and opened at 6am. Good service was sporadic, each Hyatt employee I encountered was very nice helpful and the room was very comfortable and clean and exceeded our expectations.

  Attached to the convention center makes extremely convenient, very Nice Hotel and staff were great at check in. The rooms were cleaned well and the Long Bar had good drinks. Service was prompt and food was delicious.

  Cheaper than hotel food, excellent customer service and our room was spacious besides the bathroom was small. The breakfast the next morning was good.
