Hyatt Regency Cleveland At The Arcade - 克里夫兰

Located in a historic arcade and the location of the hotel is perfect for all Downtown events.

The staff was helpful and courteous and the location very centrally located to museums, shops, nice restaurants and mass transit.

The Hyatt's central location is ideal for anyone wishing to go to Jacob's Field and otherwise this hotel is very well located.

Hotel is in an excellent location, near the subway, and public bus lines.

This is the first hotel I've stayed with electronic check-in and check-out (like the airport) which is pretty convenient.

Each one was like a suite with a bathroom in between the sitting area and the bedroom.

I reserved a room with a king sized bed online a week before our stay and received an email that the booking was confirmed.

We had a $30 breakfast credit, but since we were leaving before breakfast was served, they kindly converted it to a $40 dinner credit at 1890 Restaurant.

On site resturant was very good, the hotel staff was amazing and service at the front desk was excellent.

The service at the front desk and bell station were excellent.

The personnel attending the front desk upon our check-in also showed excellent customer service skills.

From the valet car parking with luggage storage, check in and all the help we received from Fred, the Concierge, it was all excellent!

Use the stairwell or elevators on the lobby side if you do not feel comfortable.

I had to leave the lobby, walk across the arcade, which was deserted at 6 PM on a Friday night, put my keycard into the elevator for it to stop.
