  Pool area lovely and kept clean, our 2 night stay was overall disappointing, the service was very fast and attentive. Room was very nice.

  The rooms are huge and some have views of the pacific, the hotel is beautiful, the Lobby is a great meeting point, and the pool and spa area is awesome. The staff are all professional and courteous.

  Geat view and balcony, huge bed, modern decor. Lobby very nice and open, great bar, very friendly staff, our room was very spacious and comfortable.

  Pretty convenient as far as location and great Downtown Hotel. Cool lobby too, nice staff and the rooms are always very spacious.

  Pool area and patio was lovely modern and kept clean, plenty sun loungers, the stuff was very helpful. Overall service was good, bed were comfortable.

  Very critical as to quality of a stay, great service and finally the outdoor living room in one word is IMPRESSIVE.

  The area is safe, and 's not as crazy busy as Downtown Hollywood, food is really not very good.

  Very nice hotel and great service. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms and door just missed the toilet you shut. Restaurants as well, lots of fresh fruit and juices and a wide variety of hot dishes, beautiful garden.

  As an architecture buff, the design by minoru yamasaki is fabulous, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, also every room has a nice balcony.

  Over all hotel was lovely and would stay there again, staff were very courteous. Room service was prompt and the pool was nice I saw a dog jump in, ewww.

  Very comfortable bed and great food service.

  The staff at the front desk were awesome and couldn't be faulted, gym was ok not many facilities.
