Hyatt Regency Casablanca - 卡萨布兰卡

Great hotel in central location in Casablanca (at the Place des Nations Unies).

Great location for the Souk, a pleasant hotel right in the centre of Casablanca and the staff are lovely.

Great hotel in central location in Casablanca, the staff friendly and our room was on the 10th floor was spotless.

Many nice coffee bars around the hotel, Casa Port train station is five minutes by taxi; you need to calculate at least 45-60 minutes by taxi to the airport depending on traffic.

Liked the fact that we were able to book the airport to hotel transfer through the Hyatt website.

The bed was confortable and the bathroom was clean and had a large shower and a small bath.

The bedroom it’s self was well designed, the bed comfortable and the linen some of the best I have slept on.

Luckily the toilet was a separate room from the shower, tub and sink.

Rooms are large, with spacious marble bathrooms including separate toilet.

Clean and the bed comfortable, the food good.

Breakfast included in all deals, usual breakfast bar choice, pretty much what you expect in a five star hotel.

The breakfast is as good as any in Europe and the restaurant is undoubtedly first class.

The air conditioning quiet and efficient, bar are spacious and elegant, the restaurants are all better than the aforementioned offerings.

As we were on the 10th floor, we had access to the private lounge which meant we had breakfasts, afternoon drinks and evening cocktails.

The room was spacious and the bar menu was great for a light meals.

Room fabulous and staff great, lounge great and restuarnt was incrediable, but again HYATT very bad front desk and concierge.

The service was faultless, the staff all so helpful.

The hotel was perfect for the children spend a lot of time by the pool, the Concierge Staff were very accomodating and efficient and my room was spacious.

Service was very uneven with some delightful staff members and some just completely clueless.

Didn't get to use the hotel facilities really, but it seems there is a pool, spa and a fitness centre (opened recently?

The Fitness center is a long walk from the main lift - so a bit embarassing if you feel embarassed to walk through the public rooms in sweaty sports clothes.

The swimming pool was closed so we didn’t use that or the Gym for that matter which looked good from a distance, best way to view Gyms if you ask me.

An excellent hotel, great service and my room was comfortable and clean.

The room was very clean with fresh fruit and snacks upon arrival.

Our room which was on the 10th floor was spotless.

Additionally service was great, the bathroom was clean and the Six PM bar was amazing.
