Stayed at the hotel for 2 nites, paid a price that is above the average 5 star hotels in Bandung, trusting that it is a Hyatt Hotel.

Rooms are quite big, location is actually the best thing about this hotel since it is close to outlet malls.

The location is great and rooms are quite big.

The location is quite nice and the room ammenities are excellent.

Hotel rooms were old, bath tubs stained, cups cracked.

In terms of rooms, my room was nice, clean and spacious.

So no complaints with regard to the bed or the linen.

The bathroom in my Executive room was disgusting, (photographs posted).

Infact the spacious ness of the room etc, good buffet breakfast selection.

My room was nice and the Chinese restaurant on the lower floor provided excellent food.

Nice place to stay, the staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant was great.

Mattress are not that bad, the restaurant is elegant and outdoor pool is interesting.

The breakfast selection was quite ok, but we were served bull's eye that looked more like omelete as the egg yolks have cracked.

The food and ambience is also quite nice.

Lovely tree-lined streets of Dutch-era villas, great service and a friendly manager approached us.

The staff are all very nice even though they do get some basic things wrong.

Stay in better hotels, has an impressive lobby and near a huge park.

Housekeeping not repleneshing my laundry bags on a daily basis.

Stay clear of the Hotel Pangrango and rooms are very big.

    The view was fine, the hotel personnels were very helpful to us and the staffs were attentive to any inquiries. My room was nice and the Chinese restaurant on the lower floor provided excellent food.
