  23yr old son and his girlfriend--they said best new years party ever--the rooms were very comfy, and with 4000 kids downstairs partying--the rooms were really quiet.

  Hotel room was tiny but clean. Telephone cord was broken so you could only use the speaker phone.

  The Atrium lobby was beautiful, but crowded. The bed was hard, almost like sleeping on the floor. My husband would plus his ears when he flushed and would run out of the bathroom! There was a nice desk in the room and an old chair.

  The hotel employees were respectful enough, but I feel like they talked down to me a bit because of the price I paid. We had a tiny box TV by the bed, but I wasn't there to watch TV, so it really didn't matter that much. I didn't pay attention to my bill, but should've because after I got back on the road, I noticed that they charged me for the $5 bottle of water, that was UNTOUCHED.

  Based on other travelers' comments about noise, we asked for and received a room in the International Tower. The room had a very comfortable bed and a desk and chests for storage which would have been fine if we'd been staying for business. Wireless internet did cost $10/day but worked flawlessly and speedily. You can tell this hotel was built in the '70's from many of the design features (most notably the glass elevator cars) but not unpleasantly so.

  The only noise we heard, which wasn't bad, was occasionally from the icemaker in the hall right across from our room.

  Reception staff were super friendly and helpful, and the atrium lobby is pretty impressive! Kids would love riding up and down the 18 floors in the glass elevator (not good if you don't like heights or have had too many bellinis or beers). The room I stayed in was spacious and modern, and the decor was pretty slick, I was very impressed! The bathroom was spotlessly clean and had lots of towels plus some spa toiletries which came in mighty handy. I cannot vouch for the beautifying propoerties of the fancy "face renewer" soap, but it did a pretty good job of washing out my underwear! The mall next door to the hotel had a great food court with everything you could ever need for casual daytime dining, however I'm not sure that the hotel is in the best place for restaurants and bars at night.

  Our room was in the Main Atrium and they just so happened to be having some type of Youth Convention that weekend :-( They have a very nice work out center. Beds are super comfy with each bed having 4 pillows and a body pillow.

  The is a HOT location-The Marta Station was right next door with a mini mall, lots of restaurants in walking distance and your right on the bus line that will take you into Midtown and Buckhead.

  Great room, very large, great bed, comfortable armchair and ottoman. I think that is where the smoking rooms are. Her room was very small, the bathroom was about the size of a closet and there was no armchair. I guess if you want to smoke in your room, you go where they put you but ask for a room in the International Tower if you don't care.

  The guest rooms were super clean, the staff were accommodating and friendly and I love this Hotel.

  Our reservations were guaranteed on a credit card and confirmed by the hotel. We arrived at the hotel to find that there were no rooms. Approximately 50 confirmed reservations were not honored. The hotel had made reservations for us at a motel on the perimeter of Atlanta (about an hour away at rush hour). The Amerisuites was also very uncomfortable (very poor beds/pillows). I was attending a seminar at the Hyatt and my wife planned to work in the room, but of course we had no room. There was a Rolling Stones concert in Atlanta on our first night there (perhaps the hotel could sell our rooms for much more).

  The hotel was very busy and yet the staff was so attentive and accommadating. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, everyone greeted and asked us if we needed any assistance, from the valet parking attendants to the room attendants. If we needed anything, the staff was right there to assist us.

  The front office agent was very accommodating and knowledgable and noticed that I was not feeling well, susprisingly she sent room service up with hot tea and a note saying hope you feel better.
