  Excellent view of city plaza and great hotel. Room was neat and the bed was almost as comfortable as home, the service was some of the best I have ever encountered in the US, concierge was very, very cheerful and helpful at all times. The hot tub worked well and the pool was warm and good for lap swimming, the elevators were efficient.

  The rooms was luxurious and the location was excellent, the hotel was clean. Service was impeccable and the in house restaurant mcgrath's was great, staff were friendly enough and helpful, the catered meals were far better at the conference.

  Just a short distance from the airport and very tasteful hotel. Lobby area has nice shops as well as starbucks, service is great and the rooms have always been clean and spacious. The food in the restraunt is amazing.

  Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains and downtown Albuquerque, the restaurant in the hotel itself had pretty good food. The service was excellent and the air conditioning worked great.

  The staff were extremely courteous and gave helpful suggestions about the city, my two night stay at the Hyatt in Albuquerque was excellent. The service was great, room was quiet and the food was FANTASTIC and very well presented.

  The views of the sandia mountains from the 13th floor were magnificent and the hotel had a good location and the room was pretty clean. The staff were friendly enough, sauna were great and the food service supplied during the conference was superb.

  The location was convenient to bus lines and convention center, overall our stay was fine, additionally, the staff were competent and friendly. The room was comfortable, the food was good and the waiter was excellent.

  And our room did have a marvelous view of the sandia mountains, this hotel was a wonderful getaway and the staff at the front desk were polite and helpful. Particularly at breakfast were very accommodating and the food was excellent.

  Great place to stay, the only free internet is in the lobby and the front desk seems to be understaffed as well. The room is comfortable, the pool and the gym are nice.

  On site restaurant's food is inferior; breakfast apt to be greasy and you are, , a quick drive from Old Town.

  Enjoyable stay at the hyatt, two free computers for guests on the 18th floor and pay for use computers in the lobby, service is excellent. The rooms are spacious, food is very good.

  We travelled 7000 miles this was the worst hotel and the front desk lady got super excited. My room was clean.

  This hotel was the worst property that we stayed at and beds were very soft and comfortable, and room was quiet.

  Service was very slow and the staff were not helpful at all and the food was bland and forgettable.
