It was in the central location to nearby attractions. The room was functional, a nice size, and with a very comfy bed. Have stayed here many times and will choose the place for future trips.

The restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner, I tried hot dishes. It had extremely comfy beds and a nice view of the mountains. The location was marvellous, at a medium distance from Fashion Museum Foundation.

the breakfast was well-stocked, i wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. the free parking was outside, excellent service. great facilities and the pool was nice.

Really helpful staff, great views of the mountains, everything is second to none. The rooms are modern, functional, and come with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe.

We truly enjoyed brand-new and large rooms and fantastic food.

Hotel was clean and fantastic with excellent staff and magnificent location in a lovely area. The room was big, and we had a scenic view of the mountain. The service was great, including a friendly check-in.

Besides, the location was absolutely perfect for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of an art museum. We had a functional room and a well-stocked breakfast.

My recent stay at Hyatt Place Santiago/Vitacura was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I had a minor issue with the heating in my room, but it was promptly fixed by the attentive staff. The hotel's green approach, such as reusing towels, impressed me. The location was perfect, close to top restaurants and in a safe neighborhood. The modern rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows provided stunning views of the mountains and city. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and wonderful amenities.
