The location was convenient, to much lounge area with easy access to several stores and a bakery. The rooms were stocked and great-sized, equipped with climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel television.

The location was great, near Palmer House. The breakfast was included, it was good hot and amazing.

Booked it for 1 day and had an excellent experience. The staff members were all incredible and courteous. The room we had included a safe box, TV, and a microwave.

It was an incredibly beautiful and delightful hotel in a good area, adjacent to shops and restaurants and a short drive to the Mystic Seaport and restaurants and the Mystic Seaport Museum. The property's staff were welcoming and polite all the time.

The breakfast was free and amazing with a great selection of choice. Got the same a double room booked online with big couch as well as bath tub.

The hotel was in a magnificent location really close to the Seaport and Aquarium, and attractions and downtown. It also was close to everything in Mystic Seaport.

The hotel's location is convenient and unbeatable, adjacent to the Mystic aquarium, the boats as well as the aquarium, and sites, shopping, restaurants.

We have booked a double room with perfect facilities. Staff was exceptional and breakfast was amazing. The food they offered was great, had plenty of meals.

The hotel's location was central, close to casino. Huge and big size rooms and a writing desk, a couch, and a proper heating included. The breakfast was marvellous as expected.

All good — we thoroughly enjoyed this family-friendly hotel — the food was tasty and the staff were genuinely helpful. The location was absolutely perfect - near shops and restaurants and the Steak Loft for a delicious dinner great value and the many adorable bakeries. Spent our evenings in nearby Sea View Snack Bar, especially when it was rainy outside.

Some people working there were a bit rude.

We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place in Mystic! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. Despite the hotel being older, it is well maintained and exudes charm. We loved the convenience of the hotel's complimentary transportation and the delicious dinner suggestion from Deric. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and provided privacy for guests. The breakfast spread was amazing with fresh, tasty options and the staff in the breakfast area were friendly and accommodating. it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience for a weekend getaway.

It's well-maintained and comfy hotel, everything was fine. The rooms are huge and good sized, and are complete with bath tub, big couch plus pull out sofa bed. A microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and a fridge are a nice touch. The place has comfortable location close to everything in Mystic.

I loved staff and rooms - they were excellent! The room met expectations, it was spotless with pull out sofa bed, big couch plus bath tub. I didn't feel like leaving and will be back.

Convenient and magnificent location near to the Seaport and Aquarium, Mystic, and the boats, so close to Mystic Aquarium. Also, close to all attractions.

Well-maintained and comfy accommodation with magnificent setting really close to Mystic Aquarium, shopping and shops and restaurants and a short drive to the Mystic Seaport. The rooms reasonably large and huge with a very large bed and bath tub, for example.
