  Good location away from downtown, we arrived around midnight after a long drive and as usual, Hyatt Place is fantastic. For the $$, the service and interior features are some of the best, the staff is friendly enough, the rooms are a nice size and the TV is huge. Breakfast could be greatly improved.

  The location is excellent and the hotel is well –located. On the plus side, the lobby and rooms are very stylish and attractive, the Hyatt staff is very friendly and always helpful. The breakfast is above average for a free one.

  The sitting area was a nice bonus, place was clean and price was decent. The lobby was incredibly modern and the continental breakfast was great too, the staff were very courteous. Rooms were very comfortable.

  Great Germantown location and nice place to stay. Best customer service ever and comfortable beds. Liked the bar, long L shaped sofa and near many restaurants.

  The parking area did not have any refuse in and the borders of the property were mowed and clean, the Hyatt Place Memphis/Wolfchase Galleria was a nice. The day staff were friendly and the room was nicely decorated and the flat screen tv was great.
